Your Participant ID is composed of the following syntax; First two initials of your state, your first and last initials, last 4 of your phone number, and the first letter of the city you live in. For example, Jessica Brown who lives in Denver, Colorado and has a phone number ending in 1234 will have the following Participant ID; cojb1234d
